It’s Sunday morning and I’m still out at the AOL building in Beverly Hills for BarCampLA-5, a geek fest (see my intro post from earlier this week on BarCamp5) in currently sunny Southern California.
This weekends venue is quite a contrast to the BarCampLA, which was held in the warehouse district of downtown LA. We are on the 3rd floor of the AOL building in an area that used to be housed by Maverick Records (Madonnas old label).
I’m pulling these photos from Flickr, if you want to view all related (at least those tagged) browse BarCampLA-5 photos.
I’ll start with a plug for the sponsors. I was totally jazzed that Planet Chiropractic received placement at the top of the pack. 10 sponsors (that made it to the shirt) came together in supporting the weekend fest.
This next photo sums up one guys Saturday night, after hours of discussing Drupal, Wordpress, IRC chat, artificial intelligence, and other topics of the day. It’s also a good representation of why a chiropractic sponsor fits this event.

I’ll get some photos uploaded and tagged later today. Thanks to all who have helped to make this BarCamp such a great event.
