		<description>The is a great post.  A plan doesn't have to be set in stone.  It gives you a guide line and keeps you in the marketing mindset.  "OK, what's next?"  Many DC's focus on marketing, get numbers up, forget about marketing, numbers drop, they focus on marketing, etc.

That keeps many chiro's from really growing to that next level.  
Having a plan for the year is great!</description>

		<description>Gah.. I would scratch out "Bulk Faxes" and instead work on developing an e-course (delivered by e-mail autoresponder) that gives your customers some tips on how to protect themselves for different seasons. For example - shoveling snow in the winter can be hard on your back!  

These kinds of email autoresponders are easy to set up and use - one such service is at http://freeinfo.aweber.com - I believe they have a month trial, so you can see if it works for your business or not.</description>
